The UEGO Air-Fuel Ratio Gauge is one of the best tools you can use to get the most out of your engine while preventing serious damage. The AEM 30-4110 wideband gauge is a replacement for the well renowned AEM UEGO 30-4100. The product is excellent and just plugs and plays. It's great that you don't need to setup firmware or require calibrating the O2 sensor. My only comment is that you can't re-program the outputs.. But then again, the 0-5V UEGO output is standard and is common to dataloggers, other UEGO gauges and even the AEM FIC.

  • When I used a chassis ground(cig lighter) there was no change in the AEM and the Fluke meter read about .3V lower. When I touch the ground lead to the AEM EMS itself, the voltage reading is an additional .1V lower. coming off the aem harness should be a white wire that is your 0-5V output. Thats what hondata will need to be tapped into. You need to then go into Smanager and tell it which input you want it to read off of. Most people do D10 which is the ELD. But there is 3 other options. test data is generated using the AEM E fuel pump, AEM Race Fuel Filter and an AEM universal fuel pressure regulator with the optional .250” return orifice. The pump voltage is 13.5V and the current is 12 Amps for this test. The flow will be different at the engine because of losses through the balance of the fuel delivery system.
